Please Read Our Return & Refund Policy Carefully:

Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items that are on sale are non-refundable.  This includes items with free shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@golfeagle.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Products:

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us by mail: support@golfeagle.co With photos of the wrong product, we will be providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement product immediately.

Change of mind:

Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will process. Please Note: Color, Size, and Texture.


EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

Our replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was received.

If 30 days have passed, you may still be able to get a replacement for a discounted fee.

If you have Buyer's remorse or have decided that you do not want the product due to shipping times/improper use we will be UNABLE to accept any returns or refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may not have appeared on your credit card statement due to the billing cycle. All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise depending on your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you still have not received your refund in 2 weeks, please contact us at our support email.

 

NOTE: Do NOT call your credit card company for a chargeback as this will result in delays and additional paperwork on your behalf.

We honor all requests for damaged goods, incorrect items, or if you simply do not like the way the product works or like its quality.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED? 

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. We source the highest quality products that may be shipped from various suppliers in different countries. So it becomes logistically impossible to manage.

If your order has yet to ship and we are able to stop it, we will be able to cancel your order.
